I started at Boston Sports Clubs about six weeks ago and I have had nothing but great results since joining and taken Justin as my personal trainer. I previously worked out at another gym and also had a personal trainer there, in which I achieved no results. Justin sat down with me before we started and I was able to tell him my goals and he listened to what I had to say. He goes beyond what any trainer I have ever had and emails me on what I do when I am not with him and tells me what he expects from me. And that is something I never expected! The Boston Sports Club is lucky to have a trainer like Justin, and I plan on using him for another 20 sessions or more until I have completed my goals and I know he will get me there.

My trainer, Justin Mui at Boston Sports Club in Woburn introduced me to the TRX Suspension Trainer. He is a great proponent of TRX and as a 65 yr. old, I have seen great results in my shoulder mobility patterns as well as learning how to structure circuit style workouts on the TRX.
